PROVISIONALLY SEALED ORDER: The court denies the Trust's First and Second Motions to Compel (D.E. 111, 132), grants Disney Shoppings Motion for Sanctions (D.E. 113) in part, and grants Disney Shoppings Motion to Strike (D.E. 177). Having considered the totality of the circumstances, each party shall bear its own costs. The Trust may file an amended response in opposition to Disney Shopping's Motion for Summary Judgment within 21 days of the entry of this order.
