ORDER: USFS's Motion to Modify the Preliminary Injunction by closing certain areas with carsonite fencing instead of roping 133 is GRANTED. USFS requests clarification as to two matters addressed by the Court's Order 131 . First, the curfew applies to the Middle Riding Area. Second, the area identified in the Court's Order as "the southwestern edge of Umpqua Dunes" refers to the area indicated in purple in Plaintiffs' PI Motion 116 at 9. If that area is Umpqua Dune 3, then Umpqua Dune 3 is closed. Ordered by Judge Ann L. Aiken. (ck)
