ORDER - 1) Plaintiff shall provide the addresses of Defendants Centre County District Attorney Benard Flynn Cantorna, Pennsylvania State Police Trooper, Troop G, Trooper Joshua Yaworski, Trooper Shane Eichelberger, Trooper Christopher Isbitski, Assistant District Attorney Matthew F. Metzger, Deputy Public Defender Patrick T. Klena, Carpenter, Harris, Flayhart, Martin, Attorneys at Law, Attorney Andrea Pulizzi, and the Centre County Correctional Facility for service;2) Plaintiff shall file a brief in opposition to the Motion to Dismiss filed by defendants, Judge Julia Rater and Magisterial District Judge Kelley Gillette-Walker, (Docs. 10 and 11), within fourteen days of the date of this Order. Failure to do so will result in a recommendation that the Motion be deemed unopposed; 3) The Clerk of Court is directed to send copies of Documents 10 and 11 to Plaintiff at his address listed on the docket.
