ELECTRONIC ORDER Administratively Closing Case.
The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff Revive RX, LLC's Motion to Amend Scheduling Order (the "Motion") (Doc. No. 138), as well as Defendant Reed Hoelscher's Response to Plaintiff's Motion (the "Response") (Doc. No. 144). In the Motion, Plaintiff Revive RX, LLC requests that the Court extend the deadlines set forth in its Scheduling Order (Doc. No. 29) by approximately seven (7) months. See Doc. No. 138 at 12. Defendant Reed Hoelscher is opposed to the Motion, arguing, among other things, that the "potential prejudice" to Defendant if the Court grants Plaintiff's requested relief is "significant." Doc. No. 144 at 16.
Pending the Court's determination of the Motion, the Court hereby ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSES this case. The Clerk is, therefore, instructed to submit a JS-6 form to the Administrative Office, thereby removing this case from the statistical records. Nothing in this Order shall be considered a dismissal or disposition of this case. Once the Motion has been determined, the Court will reopen this matter and this case will proceed in the same manner as if this Order had not been entered. To be clear, all motions remain PENDING.
