ORDER by Judge Mustafa T. Kasubhai: Pursuant to the Court's informal discovery dispute process, the parties submitted letters to the Court in which Defendant requested a stay of this litigation pending receipt of materials related to Plaintiff's alleged consent and Plaintiff asked the Court to compel supplementation of Plaintiff's RFP No. 9. The Court then allowed the parties to subpoena Comcast for information as to Plaintiff's alleged consent to receive messages. ECF No. 43 . The Court also denied Plaintiff's motions for sanctions that implicated other issues in the parties' correspondence. Accordingly, the parties are ORDERED to file a Joint Status Report within 30 days of this Order describing any remaining discovery disputes and whether a status conference or further Court action is requested.
