Walsh (Ret.), the Special Master, filed a Second Status Report, notifying the Court that the parties have tentatively reached a settlement agreement 217 . In light of this notice, the Court hereby STAYS Plaintiffs' pending Renewed Motion for Class Certification 160 , to be reset at a later date, if necessary. The Court further ORDERS the parties to file a Joint Status Report by 10/13/2026 with a proposed date for Plaintiffs to file a motion for preliminary approval of class settlement. Plaintiff shall advise the Court, in writing, within seven (7) days, whether Defendants Robert Saria and Fern Latham should be dismissed or whether they have been served. Failure to comply with this order may result in the dismissal of Defendants Robert Saria and Fern Latham without prejudice for Plaintiff's failure to timely serve said defendants. See Fed. R. Civ.
