Minute Order [non-document] of Ex parte Telephone Conferences held on 3/6/2024. Attorney Jo Anna Tatarko participated on behalf of plaintiff; Attorney Clinton E. Preslan, Jr. participated on behalf of defendants. The court and counsel separately discussed background information and issues in order to prepare for the upcoming Mediation Conference set for March 7, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Because the defendants have raised an issue regarding the readiness of the case for mediation, the court instructed defense counsel to determine whether his clients are prepared to enter into meaningful negotiations. Attorney Preslan shall notify the court not later than 3:00 p.m. today, March 6, 2024, regarding the defendants' willingness to engage in such negotiations.
