Case Nos. 5:25-cv-624-CEM-PRL and 5:25-cv-33-CEM-PRL are CONSOLIDATED for all purposes. Case No. 5:25-cv-624-CEM-PRL is designated as the Lead Case, and all future filings shall be filed and docketed in the Lead Case only. The Clerk is directed to close Case No. 5:25-cv-33-CEM-PRL.
