In light of the order granting in part and denying in part Defendant's motion to dismiss 84 and the subsequent filing of the Fourth Amended Complaint 85 , the Court ORDERS the parties to file, within 10 days of the date of this Order, a Supplemental Joint Stipulation indicating which of the discovery disputes initially raised in the motion to compel 69 remain extant. The Supplemental Joint Stipulation shall include each party's position as to the effect, if any, of the Fourth Amended Complaint on each remaining dispute. IT IS SO ORDERED.
