ORDER granting 91 Motion to Dismiss. The Court, having reviewed same (Doc. 91 ), finds that a dismissal with prejudice is warranted. It is, therefore, ORDERED that each and every cause of action and claim filed by Plaintiff are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE as to the re-filing of same. It is further, ORDERED that costs of court are taxed against the party incurring same. This judgment finally disposes of all parties and all claims and is appealable.
