TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff Jenna Sciabica's ("Plaintiff") Amended Complaint (the "FAC"). (ECF No. 61 .) In light of the Court's inherent authority to control its docket, the Court finds good cause to allow the filing of the FAC and treats the FAC as the now-operative complaint in this matter. In light of the filing of the FAC, the Court hereby ADMINISTRATIVELY TERMINATES the following motions related to Plaintiff's original Complaint (ECF No. 1 ): (1) Defendants Nina Ameri, Salvatore Turturici, and Wendi Turturici's Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 42 ); (2) Evelyn Arminio Bilotti's Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 56 ); and (3) Gabizon's Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings (ECF No. 57 ). Within twenty-one (21) days of this Text Order, the parties who brought the administratively terminated motions may either: (1) e-file correspondence asking the Court to apply the arguments made in favor of dismissal of the original Complaint to the FAC and, if applicable, seek a briefing schedule if that motion is not yet fully briefed; or (2) file a new motion to dismiss the FAC.
