Wood: Plaintiff shall file a combined response to Defendant Charles Cohn's emergency motion to assert exemptions to citation upon Fidelity Brokerage Services, LLC 522 , emergency motion to assert exemption and to reconsider the September 11, 2026 ruling 524 , and motion pursuant to FRCP 62(h) for reconsideration of the September 11, 2026 order 527 by 9/24/2026.
