MINUTE entry before the Honorable Daniel P. McLaughlin: The Court has reviewed the parties' Joint Status Report 1128 . The parties report that expert discovery is completed. As to any interest in a settlement conference, two defendants (Matthews Real Estate Investment Services and Bill Pedersen) report interest in a settlement conference, but no other parties are interested in a settlement conference at this stage of the case. The Court will not convene a settlement conference based solely on the interest of two defendants; if Plaintiff becomes interested in a conference with Defendants Matthews Real Estate Investment Services and Bill Pedersen (and/or the other defendants) in the future, Plaintiff should alert the Court. With discovery concluded and no settlement conference contemplated, all matters relating to the referral of this action have been completed, and the case is returned to the assigned judge. However, if all parties or some parties (for example, Plaintiff and some defendants, but not all defendants) determine at any point in the future that a settlement conference with the Court would be fruitful, they are encouraged to request that the case be re-referred for settlement.
