(IN CHAMBERS) The Court GRANTS IN PART Defendants' motion for attorneys' fees and costs 29 by Judge Philip S. Gutierrez. For the foregoing reasons, the Court GRANTS IN PART Defendants motion for fees and costs. The Court AWARDS Defendants $7,264.96 in reasonable attorneys fees and costs as a sanction against Plaintiffs counsel, Daniel J. Cheren, for his failure to appear at the OSC hearing without notice. This sanction is personal to Plaintiffs counsel, is to be borne by him personally, and is not to be transmitted to his client by way of a charge of attorneys fees and/or costs. IT IS SO ORDERED.
