ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION TO MODIFY SCHEDULING ORDER by Judge Kenly Kiya Kato. Having considered the Motion, and for good cause shown, the Motion is GRANTED. It is ORDERED that the current schedule in the Patent Standing Order (ECF 55 at 10-13, IV, is modified as follows: 1. The deadline for service of Final Infringement Contentions in light of this Court's claim construction ruling and Plaintiff's expert reports, in ECF 55 at 10, IV(A), is extended by 30 days, to October 15, 2026. 2. The remaining deadlines in the Patent Standing Order remain in effect except as necessarily modified by this Order.; granting 71 MOTION to Modify Scheduling Order. (aco)
