OPINION AND ORDER re: 74 MOTION for Summary Judgment Notice of Motion. filed by Noetiq Research Inc., Pixel Cloud Tech Solutions LLC, Noah Applebaum, Henry Wilcox, Patrick Black, Finnovation Technologies LLC,. For the foregoi ng reasons, Defendants' motion for summary judgment is GRANTED as to Plaintiffs' claims for injunctive and other immediate relief, violation of the Defend Trade Secrets Act, property theft/conversion, fraud/deceit, breach of the covenant o f good faith and fair dealing, breach of fiduciary duty, and libel and slander per se. Defendants' motion is DENIED as to Plaintiffs' claim for breach of contract and the counterclaims brought by Defendants Noetiq, Pixel, and Finnovation for breach of contract.
