CLERK'S NOTICE VACATING HEARING. Pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7-1(b), the Court finds this matter appropriate for resolution without oral argument. The 99 Motion to Compel Hearing, which has been set for 7/10/2026 at 10:00 AM will be decided on papers submitted without oral argument. Accordingly, the hearing is hereby VACATED.
A Status Hearing is set for 7/10/2026 at 12:30 p.m. The parties should be prepared to discuss whether they agree on a Magistrate Judge or if they wish for reassignment to a District Judge.
