Stipulation and Order of Voluntary Dismissal
STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE Pursuant to Rule 41(a)(l)(A)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, it is hereby stipulated, by and between Medmarc Casualty Insurance Company; Clark & Gentry, PLLC; Edgar C. Gentry, Jr.; Celia R. Clark; Law Offices of Celia R. Clark, PLLC; Property & Casualty Insurance Company of Hartford; Robe1i Homer; Murray, Schoen & Homer, Inc.; BNC Insurance Agency, Inc. n/k/a Ridge Street Advisors, Inc.; and Acrisure, LLC d/b/a BNC Insurance Agency ( collectively referred to as the "Parties"), by and through their respective counsel of record, that this action be dismissed with prejudice, with each of the Parties to bear their own costs and fees. The Parties request that the Clerk of Court now close this case. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), a plaintiff may file a stipulation of dismissal signed by all parties who have appeared to dismiss an action without court order. Accord Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a) (1)(B) (permitting stipulation of dismissal with prejudice). Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is directed to close this case. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge John P.
