ORDER : No later than three days after issuance of the mandate, the parties shall file a joint letter proposing next steps in these cases in light of the Second Circuits decision vacating the judgment of September 30, 2024, in 21-CV-4897 and remanding to this Court. MEMO ENDORSEMENT on re: 44 Letter, filed by Sadri Garakani. ENDORSEMENT: Plaintiff's request is DENIED as moot. Per ECF No. 43, the following briefing schedule for the forthcoming motions to dismiss has been approved: Defendants shall file their motions to dismiss the Second Amended Complaint by September 9, 2026; Plaintiff shall file any opposition to the motions to dismiss by October 7, 2026; and Defendants shall file replies in support of their motions to dismiss by October 21, 2026. Contrary to Plaintiff's claim, Defendants have not yet moved to dismiss her Second Amended Complaint. They previously moved to dismiss her First Amended Complaint, and those motions have since been denied as moot given Defendants' intention to move to dismiss the Second Amended Complaint.
