TEXT ORDER: Although the amendment-of-pleadings deadline in the Amended Scheduling Order (ECF No. 20 ) expired on July 10, 2026, the court notes the consent of all parties and finds it appropriate to grant the Consent Motion for Leave to File an Amended Complaint. ECF No. 26 . The only change to the existing Complaint is that the Amended Complaint adds SIPS Healthcare Solutions as a Defendant. ECF No. 26 at 1. The Clerk of Court is instructed to docket the proposed amended complaint found at ECF No. 26 -1 as the operative Amended Complaint in this matter. The Defendants that have already appeared may answer or otherwise respond to the amended pleading in accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 15(a)(3). These Defendants' time to respond will begin and service will be effected when the Clerk files Plaintiff's Amended Complaint.
