MINUTE entry before the Honorable Virginia M. Kendall. Parties request clarification on the schedule laid out on June 11. [1465, 1466] As discussed in this Court's ruling, Defendants dumped a significant amount of data on Plaintiffs at the very close of a multi-year discovery, including a week past that deadline, knowing Plaintiffs had just days to submit their class briefing. Rather than throw out the data in its entirety, the Court opted to permit the usage of the data, while shortening Defendants' extended briefing timeline in lieu of alternative discovery sanction for their late production. Thus, the briefing schedule is as laid out in 1466 .
