TEXT ORDER-- The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff's letter seeking leave to file a motion for sanctions because Defendant Valdo has again failed to appear for his Court-Ordered deposition. (ECF No. 27 ). Plaintiff is granted leave to file a motion for appropriate sanctions by July 20, 2026. The Court will address the deadlines for Plaintiff's liability expert discovery at the time it decides the motion. The parties should continue to complete all other discovery in accordance with the current deadlines. The settlement conference shall proceed on July 8, 2026 as scheduled. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Stacey D. Adams on 7/7/2026. (JB)
