Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Lynn Adelman: Status Conference held on 9/5/19. The parties discussed the plaintiffs motion to compel and defendants motion for protective order. The court orders defendant to provide to plaintiff an unredacted copy of the report of the police investigation into Cole Schulers death. The court orders plaintiff not to disclose the contents of the report except to the extent necessary in the course of discovery. If defendant objects to any specific use of the contents of the report, defendant may file a motion with the court. The same orders extend to any other documents which are responsive to plaintiffs discovery requests but contain sensitive information. (jad)
