PAPERLESS ORDER granting 334 Plaintiffs' Agreed Motion for One-Week Extension.
On June 30, 2026, Plaintiffs requested a one-week extension to submit their Joint Notice of Compliance and Status Report and joint scheduling report pursuant to the Court's Omnibus Case Management Order, [ECF No. 300]. See [ECF No. 334]. Plaintiffs indicate that they "have successfully resolved this action as to nearly all of the Defendant subsets identified in the Order, and have confidence that claims can be resolved as to additional defendants in the coming week." Id. at 1.
Accordingly, Plaintiffs' Motion, [ECF No. 334], is GRANTED, and Plaintiffs shall comply with the Court's Omnibus Case Management Order as to the remaining subsets of Defendants on or before July 7, 2026.
