ORDER - AND NOW, this 26th day of June, 2026, in light of the District Judge's Order overruling Defendant's objections to this Court's May 26, 2026 Order (ECF No. 40), IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that all provisions of ECF No. 40 remain in full force and effect, except that the following paragraph is amended solely to reflect revised deadlines:
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall meet and confer in good faith regarding the proposed notice and consent to join form and shall file proposed versions of those documents on or before July 3, 2026. If the parties are unable to agree, Defendant shall file its proposed versions of those documents and a supporting brief, not to exceed six (6) pages, on or before July 3, 2026. Plaintiff may file a response in opposition, not to exceed six (6) pages, on or before July 10, 2026.
Except as modified herein, all deadlines, directives, and provisions set forth in ECF No. 40 remain unchanged.
