ORDER ON DEFENDANT'S SECOND MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME - This matter is before the Court on Defendant's Second Unopposed Motion to Extend Pretrial Deadlines. (Dkt. 49 ). For the reasons described more fully within, the Motion is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. This action was commenced on November 15, 2024. (Dkt. 1 ). Trial is set to begin on September 28, 2026. (Dkt. 18 ). Despite previous extensions, Defendant now moves the Court for a sixty-day extension of all remaining case deadlines. In an effort to timely advance the matter, the Court GRANTS the Motion to the extent the remaining case deadlines are extended by thirty (30) days and therefore, DENIES the request for a sixty (60) day extension. Further, the Court sua sponte, ORDERS the Parties to schedule the inspection to take place no later than May 22, 2026. Dispositive Motions due by 6/24/2026. Discovery due by 5/26/2026. (See Order.)
