PAPERLESS ORDER denying 83 Defendant's Expedited Motion for Relocation of Mediation Venue and granting in part 84 Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Mediation. The date for mediation is reset to 9:00 A.M. on September 29, 2026. Pursuant to the Court's Order Scheduling Mediation 70 , mediation shall occur in-person before James B. Baldinger at 2145 14th Ave #20a, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. The parties shall bear equally any costs associated with reserving the mediation space. Any award of fees on Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Mediation 84 will be addressed separately at an in-person, show cause hearing to be scheduled by forthcoming order.
