Order on Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery
ORDER: The Court is in receipt of the parties' second motion for an extension of time to complete discovery 15 . In light of the parties' representation that a extension is needed to complete depositions due to scheduling issues, the motion is granted, on consent. Fact discovery shall be completed on or before 9/25/2026. The parties are directed to file a joint status report certifying the close of fact discovery by 10/2/2026. Exchange of expert disclosures shall be completed by 10/23/2026. Expert depositions shall be completed by 11/23/2026. Exchange of rebuttal expert reports shall be completed by 1/8/2027. All expert discovery shall be completed by 2/22/2027, and certification of the completion of all discovery shall be filed on ECF by 3/1/2027. The last date to take the first step in dispositive motion practice is 3/8/2027, and must be done in accordance with the Individual Rules of the assigned District Judge.
