Consent MOTION for Extension of Time to File Response/Reply/Answer as to 39 Order, 55 Order, by Ft. Lauderdale Falcon Hotel, LLC. Responses due by 7/23/2026. (Attachments: # 1 Text of Proposed Order)(Drummond, Alexandre)
Order on Motion for Extension of Time to File Response/Reply/Answer
PAPERLESS ORDER granting 26 Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time. Plaintiff asks for an additional two weeks to respond to Defendant's Motion to Dismiss so that the parties may engage in further settlement negotiations. Mot. 4. Because the requested relief is unopposed, and because the stated purpose is reasonable, we grant the Motion. That Plaintiff filed his request on the due date, however, does not escape notice. Both parties are warned that future requests for extensions of time must be filed well in advance of the relevant deadline. Plaintiff must respond to the Motion to Dismiss [ECF No. 13] by July 23, 2026. Signed by Magistrate Judge Yeney Hernandez on 7/9/2026. (mfz)
