ORDER. Plaintiff's notice at ECF No. 183 states she has reached settlements in principle with Defendants Almost Family, Inc., Raffaella Mercuri, Connecticut Community Care, Inc., Gisele Wilson, and Andrew Hulquist, and that she previously reached settlements in principle with Defendants CareCo Medical, Inc., Jesse Hatfield, and Joyce Gonet, all of which are subject to Probate Court approval. Plaintiff requests that that briefing deadlines on the numerous motions filed by the settling Defendants be suspended pending such approval. All Defendants consented to this request. The Court grants Plaintiff's request. The briefing deadlines on the motions filed at ECF Nos. 159, 160, 164, 165, 166, 167, 168, 169, 170, 171, and 172 are suspended pending further action on these settlements.
