FURTHER ORDERED denying as moot Defendant Michael Crow's Motion to Consolidate Encampment Cases for Discovery Purposes (Case No. CV-24-00987-PHX-JJT, Doc. 217 ; Case No. CV-26-05282-PHX-JJT, Doc. 7 ). FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall consolidate Aida Esmeralda Campos, et al. v. Arizona Board of Regents, et al., No. CV-24-00987-PHX-JJT with Charles Herman, et al. v. Michael Crow, et al., No. CV-26-05282-PHX-JJT under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 42(a), with CV-24-00987-PHX-JJT as the lead case. FURTHER ORDERED that all future pleadings and papers the parties file shall bear only the lead case number, CV-24-00987-PHX-JJT, bear the case name Aida Esmeralda Campos, et al. v. Arizona Board of Regents, et al., and be filed only in the lead case. FURTHER ORDERED that the discovery deadlines in the newly consolidated case are extended as follows: Completion of fact discovery: February 5, 2027 extended to June 4, 2027. Completion of all discovery, including depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts; answers to interrogatories; and supplements to interrogatory answers: May 28, 2027 extended to September 24, 2027.
