ORDER granting 59 : The deadline for the parties to file their motion for settlement approval is extended to 11/20/2026. The Court notes that the extension seems excessive for the purpose of finalizing the motion for settlement approval, so there will be no further extensions of this deadline. The Court also notes that the motion to extend the deadline was untimely pursuant to Judge Eichenholtz's individual rules, which require any extension motions to be made at least 48 hours in advance of the deadline. See Individual Rules III.A. This is the latest in the parties' history of failure to comply with the Court's rules and deadlines in this case.
