For the foregoing reasons, Arch's motion for summary judgment is DENIED, Travelers' motion for summary judgment is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART, and National Fire's motion for summary judgment is DENIED. It is further ORDERED that the parties meet and confer on the possibility of a settlement and submit a joint letter on or before Friday, September 18, 2026, informing the Court whether the parties have settle d and, if not, whether all parties agree to a settlement conference before the assigned Magistrate Judge. If the parties are unable to settle and do not wish to schedule a settlement conference, the Court will issue an order scheduling briefing for supplemental motions addressing damages. SO ORDERED.
