NOTATION ORDER: The Court GRANTS 55 Plaintiff's Rule 21 Motion to Drop/Dismiss with Prejudice Defendants Directional Technology Solutions and Cincinnati Bell, Inc. Plaintiff states this motion results in dismissal of all defendants except Frostline Utility Services and B&M Underground, LLC, against which Spectrum filed a 54 Motion for Default Judgment. The current motion, however, does not expressly address Defendant Cincinnati Bell Telephone Company, LLC, a separately listed defendant. But because Plaintiff requests dismissal of Cincinnati Bell, Inc. "et al.," and given its representation that only two defendants (Frostline and B&M) remain, the Court construes Plaintiff's motion as also requesting dismissal of Defendant Cincinnati Bell Telephone Company, LLC. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS that Defendants Directional Technology Solutions, Cincinnati Bell, Inc., and Cincinnati Bell Telephone Company, LLC, are severed from this action and dismissed with prejudice.
