Order
ORDER granting in part and denying in part 79 Motion for Reconsideration. With respect to Plaintiff's motion for reconsideration and renewal of motion for Rule 11 sanctions (Doc. 79), the Court sets the following briefing schedule: defen dants' response shall be filed and served by October 16, 2026; and Plaintiff's reply, if any, shall be served and filed by October 30, 2026. With respect to Plaintiff's request for CM/ECF filing access (Doc. 82), the Court denies the request to waive the training prerequisite. A copy of the fillable motion for permission for electronic case filing is annexed to this order. The Clerk of Court is respectfully requested to terminate the pending letter-motion (Doc. 79).
