TEXT ORDER: If Plaintiff Magda Jasek has not produced her employment application and related communications within one week, Defendant Valley shall subpoena those records from her employer. Plaintiffs Eric Saunders and Melissa Casamassina shall produce relevant messages with context as discussed at the status conference. The parties shall file a joint proposed amended scheduling order on or before 7/30/2026. The parties shall renew their settlement negotiations regarding the remaining three plaintiffs. The Court will hold an in-person settlement conference on 10/20/2026 at 10 a.m. with all parties that remain in this matter as of that date. The parties shall appear in Courtroom 9 of the Frank R. Lautenberg Post Office and U.S. Courthouse, 2 Federal Square, Newark, NJ 07102. All persons, including trial counsel and clients with settlement authority, must be present. At least five (5) days prior to the conference, each party is required to submit a confidential settlement memorandum of no more than five (5) pages to chambers via email to CF_Orders@njd.uscourts.gov.
