TEXT ORDER issued by MAG/JUDGE JOI ELIZABETH PEAKE on 7/24/2026, The Motion to Compel is set for a hearing on Friday, August 7, at 10:00 am in Courtroom 3 of the United States Courthouse in Winston-Salem. The Court notes that it appears likely that the requested discovery is relevant and not overbroad, at least with respect to part of the requested time period. The Court can consider this further at the hearing if necessary. The Court can also consider whether any such production should be protected as Attorney's Eyes Only, or otherwise designated to protect privacy interests. The Parties should meet and confer and file a Joint Status Report by August 3, 2026, outlining any matters still at issue. If the dispute has been resolved, the Status Report should so note, and the hearing will be cancelled. (sh)
