For the reasons detailed below, both motions (Docket Nos. 53 and 55 ). Also pending is the parties' joint discovery dispute statement and amended joint motion for discovery conference (Docket No. 54 ), which for the same reasons discussed below, the Court takes no further action on. The parties' joint motion for discovery conference (Docket No. 53 ) is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The Clerk is DIRECTED to designate the parties' amended joint motion for discovery conference (Docket No. 54 ) as a motion, which is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Defendant's motion to compel (Docket No. 55 ) is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The deadline for the parties to bring discovery disputes to the Court's attention concerning whether Plaintiff must produce his tax returns is extended from June 26, 2026 to July 13, 2026.
