Discovery disputes resolved in the manner as listed here in this Order; Dispositive Motions: a. Motions to amend pleadings or join parties due by 7/15/2019; b. Dispositive Motions, motions in limine & daubert motions due by 2/4/2020; Pretrial: 1. FINAL PRETRIAL CONFERENCE set for 4/1/2020 at 10:00 AM in FRANKFORT before Judge Gregory F. VanTatenhove; 2. NLT 3/4/2020 counsel shall file with clerk, submit to chambers & provide a copy to opposing counsel the following: a. Witness Lists; b. Exhibit Lists; c. Page & line designation of witnesses who will testify by deposition; 3. NLT 10 days prior to PTC, counsel shall file with clerk, submit to chambers & provide to opposing counsel the following: a. Pretrial memorandum; b. Agreed Proposed Jury Instructions; c. Agreed Statement of Case; d. Proposed voire dire; e. any motions for ruling upon any objection in evidentiary deposition to be used at trial; 4. NLT 3/18/2020, counsel shall file: a. Written objections to witness & exhibit lists; b. objections & counter designations to deposition testimony; 5. At the PTC, counsel for the parties shall be prepared as instructed herein this order; 6. Court Copies: documents as listed herein shall be submitted to Chambers electronically in word document format at the email listed; Trial: JURY TRIAL set for 4/14/2020 at 10:00 AM in FRANKFORT before Judge Gregory F. Van Tatenhove, counsel to be present by 9:30 a.m. (2-3 days); Extensions of Time: Requests to modify dates or deadlines established by this order shall be submitted upon motion filed prior to expiration of deadlines & upon good showing; Referral to Magistrate Judge: IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter is referred by blind draw to Magistrate Judge Stinnnett for the purpose of: 1. Supervising discovery & pretrial proceedings; 2. Conducting all pretrial & status conferences, establishing & extending discovery deadlines & all other deadlines, holding hearings as required..
