ORDER. The Court previously extended the deadline for the SBA's opposition to Plaintiff's motion for civil contempt to July 14, 2026, at Plaintiff and SBA's joint request. (Dkt. No. 65). The Court has received no such opposition from SBA, nor request for an extension of this deadline from either SBA or Plaintiff. Accordingly, Plaintiff shall file a letter by no later than Monday, July 27, 2026, stating whether it requests an additional extension of this deadline or seeks an alternative course of action.
