ORDER re 13 : The Clerk of Court has entered default judgment against Defendant Daniel Jonah. By 09/14/2026, Plaintiff shall file a notice of voluntary dismissal, status report, or motion for default judgment compliant with the Local Civil Rules of this district effective as of the date the motion is filed, including but not limited to Local Civil Rules 7.1 and 55.2.
