ORDER regarding Plaintiffs' Motion for Extension and Request to Defer Defendant' Partial Motion for Summary Judgment Pursuant to Federal Civil Procedure Rule 56(D) 262 . The Plaintiffs "request this court defer Defendants' Partial Motions for Summary Judgment until Plaintiffs receive all pending discovery documents and complete responses from Defendants." Plaintiffs further request "this Court direct Defendants to respond completely to Plaintiffs' discovery requests and provide requested documents expeditiously." 262 . While the Court is inclined to allow additional time for Plaintiffs to conduct Discovery with the proper parties, there appears to be disagreement that Discovery was directed to the proper party or parties. Relatedly, this Court previously denied Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel. [Doc. 249]. Moreover, there appears nothing in the present Motion to suggest that Plaintiffs have begun the process of compelling discovery consistent with FRCP and this Court's Case Management Order governing discovery. Nevertheless, in order to permit Plaintiffs the opportunity to address discovery and related issues, the Court GRANTS, in part, the Motion 262 and allows Plaintiffs until December 14, 2026 to Respond to Defendants' Partial Motions for Summary Judgment.
