ORDER regarding Defendants' Motion to Modify this Court's January 5, 2024, Order (Doc. 163). The City of Centreville has demonstrated (Doc. 245-1) that it has completed compliance requirements of the August 16, 2021, Administrative Order on Consent or that such requirements will be implemented under the Consent Decree, under which the City has continuing obligations. For good cause show, Defendants' Motion (Doc. 245 ) is GRANTED and the Court's Order of January 5, 2024 (Doc. 163) is MODIFIED so as to relieve the Defendants of their obligations to file with the Court status reports each 90 days. Plaintiffs show good cause for extending their response deadline to October 15, 2026. Defendants' Motions are due to be filed by September 15, 2026. Accordingly, the Plaintiffs' Motion is GRANTED in part. In accordance with Local Rule 7.1(b), Plaintiffs shall file a Response to Defendants' Dispositive Motion on or before October 15, 2026.
