ORDER regarding Defendants' Motion to Extend the July 15, 2026 Filing Deadline and Related Response Deadline and for Discovery Schedule (Doc. 236 ). Plaintiffs filed their Response to the Defendants' Motion (Doc. 238 ). While Defendant offers adequate but limited good cause for extension, their requests (See Doc. 236, p. 6) are excessive and not warranted given the narrowness of the issues and the time previously allotted. Accordingly, the Defendants' Motion (Doc. 236 ) is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. The Parties are ORDERED as follows: Parties shall complete all written and document production discovery by August 14, 2026; complete all fact depositions related to mootness by September 1, 2026; file any motion directed to the issue of mootness by September 15, 2026; file any response to any motion filed directed to the issue of mootness by October 1, 2026; file any reply to any response filed relative to any motion directed to the issue of mootness by October 8, 2026. This matter is set for Status hearing on October 13, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. via Zoom video conference, at which time, status, and the parties' readiness for trial, will be discussed and, if appropriate, a trial date will be selected. The parties are respectfully reminded of their obligations to comply with the Federal Rules of Procedure, local rules and this Court's Case Management Order (Doc. 187 ) as to discovery practice and procedure, as well as meet, confer and report requirements. Signed by Judge David W. Dugan on 7/20/2026. (dmw2)THIS TEXT ENTRY IS AN ORDER OF THE COURT. NO FURTHER DOCUMENTATION WILL BE MAILED.
