ORDER. Due to a conflict in the Court's calendar, the the 10/20/2026 telephonic conference is adjourned to the next day, 10/21/2026 at 11:15 AM before Chief Mag. Judge Vera M. Scanlon via ZoomGov. To gain access to the ZoomGov audio conferencing system, dial 1-646-828-7666; enter meeting ID 16121901090 and press the pound key. You will be asked for a participant ID. You do not have one, so simply press the pound key. Then, enter passcode 091622 and press the pound key again. Please note that your microphone will be automatically muted when you enter the virtual conference room. If another conference is underway, please remain on mute until the case is called. At that time, you may unmute your microphone by pressing *6 on your keypad.
Petitioner and Respondent must discuss whether they consent to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate Judge. If both sides consent to conducting all further proceedings in this case before Chief Magistrate Judge Scanlon pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c), they must complete and file the attached consent form as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the appearance of the Government in this action. If both sides do not consent, they must complete and file the attached acknowledgment form as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the appearance of the Government in this action. Any party is free to withhold consent without adverse substantive consequences.
The Court notes that the Government appeared in this action 9/1/2026; the 30 day period for consent has passed. The Court sua sponte extends the deadline for the parties to consent or file the acknowledgment form to 10/13/2026.
