ORDER, for the reasons stated in open Court, the reasons given herein, and for good cause shown it is: ORDERED that Plaintiff's 182 Second Motion in Limine has not opened the door to the introduction of otherwise inadmissible evidence on criminal history; and ORDERED that Plaintiff may present his proposed Exhibit #3, a brain injury diagram, at trial if properly authenticated; ORDERED that Plaintiff's 183 Motion for Leave to File Motion for Partial Summary Judgment on Liability is DENIED; ORDERED that Plaintiff's 184 Motion for Use of Evidence Presentation System is granted for both parties to use the evidence system at trial; ORDERED that Plaintiff's 185 Motion for Leave for Counsel to Bring One Cell Phone to Trial is DENIED.
