SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND FINAL ORDER OF FORFEITUREORDER re 19 Stipulated Motion. The following property shall be returned to Claimant Wood within 60 days of entry of this Order: $28,285.50 of the $56,571 in United States currency seized on or about 4/7/2021, with any accrued interest on that currency, as identified in paragraph 1 of the Verified Complaint for Forfeiture in Rem(Dkt. No. 1 ). The following property is FORFEITED to the United States: $28,285.50, and any accrued interest, of the $56,571 in United States currency seized on or about 4/7/2021, with any accrued interest on that currency, as identified in paragraph 1 of the Verified Complaint for Forfeiture in Rem. (Dkt. No. 1 ). The United States shall return to Claimant Wood all non-contraband property seized from him, which is no longer subject to an evidentiary hold.
