TEXT ORDER Following the video status conference held on this date, it is hereby ordered that Plaintiff may file a more extensive response to Defendant's Motion for Protective Order 69 by September 2, 2026. It is further ordered that, as regards an extension on discovery, the August 31, 2026 closure date will not apply to Joyce Maxwell and Elizabeth Harper. The parties agreed to limited extensions for two other witnesses, whose depositions will be concluded next week.
