ORDER -- As stated in the Court's August 27, 2026 Order, under Section III(A)(3) of the District Judge's Individual Rules, all parties served with a pre-motion conference letter are required to serve and file a letter response not exceeding three pages within one week of service of the moving party's letter. Plaintiff has not filed its response to Defendant's 7 Letter Motion for Pre-Motion Conference. The Court extends Plaintiff's deadline to respond one final time. If Plaintiff fails to respond to Defendant's Motion by September 18, 2026, the Defendant's Motion will be deemed unopposed. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Peggy Cross-Goldenberg on 9/11/2026. (CBG)
