MEMO ENDORSEMENT on re: 2578 Letter filed by Sylvius Von Saucken. ENDORSEMENT: If all parties agree that a particular fee claim is neither disputed nor otherwise relevant to the conference, the parties need not include that particular claim in the Joint Letter and counsel claiming the fee need not appear at the conference. However, if one or more parties believes that a fee is disputed, the fee must be identified i n the Joint Letter. Furthermore, the in-person attendance requirement applies only to those attorneys who are parties to one of these actions or have otherwise asked to be heard in submissions to the Court. The Court trusts that counsel will confer in good faith to separate disputed from undisputed issues. The Court appreciates the Trustee's desire to avoid burdening the Court with further correspondence. To be clear, counsel are always welcome to propose any procedural suggestions that will streamline adjudication of the fee disputes; the Court only asks that counsel make good-faith efforts to confer with one another before filing letters with the Court and consolidate correspondence where possible.
