MINUTE ORDER issued on 5/22/2026 by the Courtroom Deputy for District Judge Dena M. Coggins: On 5/19/2026, the parties filed a 17 Joint Stipulation to modify the Scheduling Order to continue deadlines by approximately 90 days. Having considered the parties' Stipulation, and this being the parties' first requested modification of the schedule, the court finds good cause to MODIFY the Scheduling Order as follows: Fact discovery shall be completed by 9/3/2026; Expert disclosures shall be completed by 10/1/2026; Rebuttal expert disclosures shall be completed by 10/26/2026; Expert discovery shall be completed by 12/14/2026; All motions, except for motions for continuances, temporary restraining orders or other emergency applications shall be filed no later than 1/29/2027 and be noticed for hearing on a date that is listed on Judge Coggins's webpage and is no more than 60 days after the filing of the motion.
