TEXT ORDER The plaintiff filed an Amended Motion for Extension of Time to File Response/Reply to Defendant's Motion to Dismiss [Docket Entry 22]. Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 6(b) requires a showing of good cause to justify such extensions in motions deadlines; the Court directed the plaintiff to file an amended motion with such a showing, see Text Order dated 06/05/2026. Here, counsel for the plaintiff proffers pending deadlines in other matters and planned vacations.
