MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Judge James C. Mahan on 6/23/2026. By Judicial Assistant: E. Santiago.
Before the Court are Petitioner Brandon Corday's Petition for Permission to Practice Pro Hac Vice before this Court. ECF Nos. 16 , 26 , 27 , 28 . On June 4, 2026, the Court issued an Order deferring action on the Petition and granted counsel 14 days to file a corrected Petition. ECF No. 25 . On June 22, 2026, Petitioner submitted a Notice of Corrected Image/Document of the Petition in compliance with the Court's June 4, 2026 Order. ECF No. 29 .
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Verified Petition for Permission to Practice Pro Hac Vice (ECF No. 16 ) is GRANTED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Verified Petitions for Permission to Practice Pro Hac Vice (ECF Nos. 26 , 27 , 28 ) are DENIED as moot.
